Aviation software for airlines and operators Run your operation on one platform.
Do more with the team you have.
Safety, flight operations, training and recruitment, manuals, dashboards and customer service, sold as modules. Start with one and add the rest when you are ready. AI drafts, reads, interviews and answers; the people accountable sign off what matters.
Every part of the operation,
one module at a time.
Every module is an element. Each column is one workflow, numbered in the order work flows through it, and every element also works on its own.

What is FlightAtom?
FlightAtom is aviation software for airlines and aircraft operators. Its modules cover safety management, investigations, crew scheduling, pilot training, recruitment, manuals and knowledge, flight operations, dashboards, customer service and travel planning. Each module keeps its own records, so you can start with one, and the modules connect where the work does.
Is FlightAtom one system or separate products?
FlightAtom is one platform made of modules. Each module keeps its own records, so you can start with one. Where modules connect, the connection is set up for your operation, and WORKSPACE gives employees one Microsoft sign-in to the modules you connect.
Do I need the whole platform?
No. Start with one module and add others when you are ready. AURORA Ai, the safety and quality management module, is not a required starting point.
Where does FlightAtom use AI?
AI supports specific workflows: cited manual answers in DELPHI Ai, AI phone interviews and investigation drafting in TRACE Ai, report classification and bowtie drafting in AURORA Ai, AI review of manuals against the regulations they cite in FOLIO Ai, an AI-voiced English test with automated speech scoring in HIRE Ai, a read-only planning assistant in CREW Ai, return-document reading and fuel-burn prediction in FLIGHT Ai, dashboard building in VISION Ai, a realtime voice agent in CARE Ai, monthly crew coaching written by DELPHI Ai in MENTHOR Ai, and trip planning in XENIA Ai. MENTHOR Ai Auto Training, which turns recurring flight data events into course assignments, runs on keyword rules rather than AI. Product pages describe the implemented capabilities and their operational boundaries.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. Start with the problem and team you want to support. A demonstration establishes the module fit, deployment scope, data requirements, and any connections you need.
What happens when our operation grows or changes?
As your fleet, routes, rules or teams change, we adapt the products you use to match, and you approve each change before it goes live.
Are the screenshots from the actual products?
Yes. The product tours show the products' own interfaces using demonstration or synthetic sample data. They show how the products work without exposing live operational records.

Tell us where work gets held up. We will focus the conversation on the relevant product, the record you need, and a practical evaluation.
- 01 Walk through your scenario in the product
- 02 Identify data, handoffs, and deployment needs
- 03 Agree what to measure in an evaluation
